Barcelo Guadalajara Hotel

Booked a room with beautiful views to downtown. I had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room.

Loved every detail about my such wonderful 1 night stay here. The employees were superfriendly and offered great services. Meals were OUTSTANDING, and there was Bierkrug near the hotel.

When I arrived I was told that my reservation was not there but I sent an email to check with the reservation area was 8:30 am and I say but you will check now that and tells me so from here at 11am I give you. answer as I want the room I would give it to you until 3pm and I am. I want to know if not to find another hotel I marked you and what. I was registered as Chris cm. I lined up again and a bigger gentleman answered me. I told him there was a possibility that they would give me the room before I came back from the trip. He started looking for it and told me there was a possibility that instead of King size there were two double beds but I could give it to you now and yoo. And so very happy that is the Difference of the people that. always says can not or not this or not to everything to the people that he likes. his work I congratulate this gentleman although I do not remember his name.

Unexpected Delight at Breakfast

The WiFi connection was inconsistent in our room, making it hard to catch up on emails .

The hotel provided an excellent experience during my business trip. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The conference facilities were well-equipped. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a wide variety of fresh options, from tropical fruits to artisanal breads.

Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent in my room.

The common areas were beautifully designed, and the friendly bell staff made a positive impression. The room's hardwood floors, while stylish, were less comfortable than expected. Although the hotel was quiet, the dining options could use more variety, especially beyond the excellent breakfast.

The front lobby is fine, and I loved the breakfast options-so many tasty choices!

But dear, the door to my room could use a gym membership! I reminded me of I was in a wrestling match every time I came in.

I loved how my room had a beautiful city view and the daily meals were totally diverse. The outdoor pool and spa provided awesome ways to relax. Just watch out for the noise from the street. it could get a bit loud at times. 😊

The executive suite was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered many options that set a great tone for the day. The hotel's location is perfect, just across from the expo center.
